# Affiliate program terms

Version 2026-10-25 · Effective from 25 October 2026

**Draft for legal review** This text has not yet been approved by a lawyer and may change before it is published.

These terms govern taking part in the FreeMe.bg affiliate program: how you recommend FreeMe.bg with your personal link, when a commission is earned and how it is paid. A short description of the program is on the [Affiliate program](https://freeme.bg/en/affiliate-program) page.

## 1. Parties and acceptance

The FreeMe.bg affiliate program (the “Program”) is run by “FreeMe” OOD (FreeMe.bg), company ID (EIK) 123432567, Sofia, Sofia Business Park 9, email [hello@freeme.bg](mailto:hello@freeme.bg) (“FreeMe.bg”, “we”). A participant (“affiliate”, “you”) may be an adult individual or a legal entity that has registered in the aff.freeme.bg portal (the “Portal”) with a Google account.

You accept these terms by ticking the consent box in the Portal. We record which version you accepted and when. Taking part is free.

Taking part does not create employment, agency, partnership or exclusivity. You do not represent FreeMe.bg and may not make commitments on our behalf.

## 2. How referrals are tracked

- In the Portal you get a personal code and links containing it: https://aff.freeme.bg/go/CODE (leads to freeme.bg) and https://aff.freeme.bg/go/CODE/app (leads to the app). Every click on them is counted as a visit. Links issued earlier in the form https://freeme.bg/?ref=CODE keep working but are not counted as visits.
- When a visitor opens such a link, their browser remembers the code in the fm_ref cookie for 30 days. If they open another affiliate's link in the meantime, the latest one is remembered (the last click wins).
- A referral counts only if the visitor creates a **new** account in app.freeme.bg while the cookie is in their browser. Existing accounts never count, even if their owner opens your link.
- Companies count if the referred account adds them in the app within 3 months of signing up. Companies added later earn no commission.
- Referring yourself does not count: an account with the same email address as your affiliate account is not counted and earns no commission.
- Tracking depends on the cookie. If the visitor blocks or deletes it, or signs up from another browser or device, the referral cannot be tracked and no commission is owed for it.
- Referrals and commissions are counted according to the data in our systems.

## 3. Commission

- For each company that counts, you earn one fixed commission when we confirm that company's first payment to FreeMe.bg. Later payments by the same company earn no further commission.
- The amount depends on the plan the first payment is for and follows the rates of the deal that applies to you at the moment the payment is recorded by us. Your deal and its rates per plan are shown in the Portal. Amounts are in euro.
- If the payment is voided or refunded before the commission has been paid out to you, the commission is cancelled.
- While your participation is suspended (section 6), no new commissions are earned.
- You see your commissions, balance and payouts in the Portal.

## 4. Payouts

- We pay the accumulated balance (commissions earned and not yet paid) by bank transfer to the IBAN and account holder you entered in the Portal. You need a valid IBAN on file to receive a payout.
- After the transfer we mark the commissions as paid and the payout appears in the Portal.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your bank details. A transfer to the IBAN you provided counts as payment made.
- You are responsible for the taxes and other obligations on your commission income. If you take part as a company, you issue an invoice for the amount paid. If the law requires FreeMe.bg to withhold tax on a payout, we withhold it and let you know.

## 5. Prohibited promotion

Promote FreeMe.bg honestly. The following are prohibited:

- spam: unsolicited emails, messages or comments, and mass posting in groups and forums against their rules;
- misleading claims about FreeMe.bg, such as prices, features, guarantees or discounts not published on our website;
- presenting yourself as FreeMe.bg or as our employee or representative;
- bidding in search engines and ad networks on the FreeMe.bg brand, on “freeme” or on their variants and misspellings, and using them in domain names, social media profiles or ad account names;
- fake accounts and registrations, including ones created by you or on your behalf;
- setting the cookie without a real click by the visitor (cookie stuffing), for example through hidden frames, automatic redirects or pop-ups;
- promotion in content that is illegal, offensive or infringes the rights of others.

Commissions obtained in breach of this section are not owed and may be cancelled.

## 6. Suspension and termination

- We may suspend your participation for a breach of these terms or a suspicion of fraud. While you are suspended, your link earns no new commissions: registrations through it are still shown, but no commissions are earned for them.
- We may cancel commissions related to a breach or fraud as long as they have not been paid out.
- You may end your participation at any time by writing to [hello@freeme.bg](mailto:hello@freeme.bg).
- We may end the Program or your participation without a breach, with prior notice by email.
- On a termination that is not due to a breach or fraud, we pay out the balance owed.

## 7. Personal data

We process your data as an affiliate as described in the [Privacy policy](https://freeme.bg/en/privacy#affiliates) (Part C).

You receive no personal data of the customers you refer: the Portal shows only the number of registrations and paying companies, the dates, the plans and the commission amounts.

If you collect personal data while promoting (for example subscribers to your own newsletter), you are the controller of that data and responsible for processing it lawfully.

## 8. Changes to the terms and the deal

- We may change these terms. The new version is published on this page with its number and effective date, and the Portal will ask you to accept it.
- We may also change the deal that applies to you: the rates per plan and the period within which companies count. Changes apply to future commissions, that is to payments recorded after the change. Commissions already earned do not change.
- If you do not agree with a change, you may end your participation (section 6).

## 9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. We try to settle disputes by talking first and, failing that, before the competent Bulgarian court.

The Bulgarian version of this document is legally binding.
