How it works ## From question to answer in four steps ### Open the chat In the FreeMe app open the chat and pick the FreeMe AI tab. ### Ask a question Write it like you would to a colleague, or pick one of the examples under For example, ask. ### Get the answer The assistant reads the company's data and replies with a sentence, a table or a chart. It starts with the period the figures cover. ### Call a person If you need advice, press Ask a human. The question goes to the Support tab, where the accountants reply. Safety and control ## It helps you, but does not decide for you Company data is sensitive, so the rules are plain. No. The assistant only reads. It does not issue invoices, change records, make payments or file anything. If you want a change, it points you to the right screen or to a person on the team. ### Does the AI file returns with the authorities? No. Only an accountant files with the authorities. Monthly VAT returns are checked and signed by an accountant before they are filed. ### Is my data used to train models? No. Your data is not used to train models. Details are in the privacy policy. ### Are the accountants in the same conversation as the AI? No. The chat has two tabs: "FreeMe AI" and "Support". The "Ask a human" button sends your question to the accountants in "Support". ### Who can see my conversations with FreeMe AI? Conversations are visible to everyone who has access to that company in FreeMe. Do not write anything in them that you do not want your colleagues to see. ### Can I ask in English? Yes. You can ask in English or Bulgarian. Amounts are in euro. ### Does it replace my accountant? No. The assistant is good at "how much", "when" and "which" questions.
