Payroll
€10/person a month+ VAT
An add-on to any plan, for companies with employees. You enter the employees, contracts and absences; our accountants calculate the pay and file the declarations.
We count everyone on an employment or management contract that is active for at least one day of the month, and people on a civil contract only in a month you pay them. One working owner is included in the plan. Billed monthly for the actual headcount, also on annual plans. More than 20 people: custom offer.

Only incoming documents (purchase invoices and receipts) count toward a plan’s limit. Every plan includes the app, the accountants and the chat.
If you exceed the limit in a given month, that month is billed at the price of the plan that matches your document volume (for example, on “Start” with 30 documents - at the “Business” price). If the limit is exceeded three months in a row, after an email notice we move you permanently to the next plan from the next billing period. When moving from “Start VAT” to “Business”, VAT services are charged separately, so the total differs. Details: Terms, section 5.

Are you software or an accounting firm?
Both. FreeMe.bg is an app where you issue invoices, upload expenses and see everything about your company yourself, plus a team of certified accountants who keep your books, file your returns and answer your questions. They are included in the price, not an add-on. What FreeMe.bg is and is not.
Is this legal? Who signs my declarations?
Completely. Behind FreeMe.bg stands a specialized accounting firm with qualified accountants, and one of the company’s co-founders is a certified accountant. The technology does the heavy lifting, but every declaration is reviewed and filed by a real accountant with a qualified electronic signature.
Do I still need my own accountant?
No. Our accountants handle the ongoing bookkeeping, VAT, the returns to the tax authority and the annual closing. If you already have an accountant, we help you move your company’s history over to us.
What if I need an invoice while the accountant is on holiday?
That moment never comes. You issue the invoice yourself, in one click, at any hour, and it goes straight into your books. And behind you is a team, not one person, so in August the chat still answers during working hours, and the assistant outside them.
Where is my data, and can I take it with me?
On Amazon Web Services in the EU, encrypted and backed up daily. The data is yours: you can see it at any time, and if you decide to leave you get a complete archive of your accounting. See how we protect your data.
What happens if I get a tax inspection?
Your books and documents are kept in order at all times. That’s the whole point of the service. During an inspection we provide everything needed, and you can engage one of our experts to represent you.
Can I leave at any time?
Yes. No long-term commitment, no exit fees. With annual billing, the amount paid is not refunded. You receive a complete archive of your accounting and hand it to whomever you choose.
What if my company isn’t “simple”?
We work with small and growing companies: service companies, property companies, dormant companies, and companies with staff and a larger volume of documents. If you outgrow us, we grow with you, or we honestly tell you that you need a different solution.
I’m not in Bulgaria / I don’t speak Bulgarian. Is this for me?
Yes. The platform is fully bilingual (Bulgarian and English) and especially convenient for foreign property owners and digital nomads with a Bulgarian company.

For years one of us paid over €150 a month for a company with two invoices. The software sat on the accountant’s laptop, reports came in Excel, and a single invoice could take days, especially in August. The monthly return to the tax authority? A few clicks.
At some point we had enough. We knew it could be far better: an app that does the routine by itself, full transparency for the owner, and real accountants for everything else.
