Payroll without spreadsheets and without deadlines on your mind
You tell us who you hire and who was absent. Our accountants calculate the pay, social contributions and tax, issue the payslips and file the declarations with the NRA. It is all in the app, next to your company's books.
- An accountant approves every payroll
- Payslips and payroll sheet in the app
- Forms 1 and 6 by the 25th
Short demo: you add an employee and a contract and record absences in the app; an accountant creates and calculates the monthly payroll, approves it, generates declarations form 1 and form 6 and files them. The data in the demo is sample data.
Just the data, not the maths
You enter employees, contracts and absences. Contributions and tax are the accountant's job.
Payroll and payslips at hand
Once approved, you see the payroll sheet, the payslips and the payment list in the app.
Declarations, never late
Forms 1 and 6 are filed by the 25th of the following month. The deadline is visible in the app.
One place with your books
The approved payroll is booked in your company's accounts.
Payroll for a small company: what you do
These are the jobs you will usually do in the app.
How payroll runs every month
Five steps: two are yours, the rest is our accountants'.
You enter the employee and the contract
Under Employees and contracts you press New employee, then New contract: type of contract, position, salary and working hours. You upload the signed contract to their card. Tell us at least 2 working days before their first working day: the NRA notification has to be filed before the person starts work.
We notify the NRA
We prepare and file the notification under Art. 62 of the Labour Code when you hire, when the contract changes and when it ends, for employment contracts.
You record the absences
Under Absences you enter paid and unpaid leave, sick leave and maternity leave without thinking about how they are calculated. Overtime and the month's bonuses are on our side.
We calculate and approve the payroll
An accountant creates a New payroll for the month, presses Calculate, checks the warnings and Approves. The payroll is booked in your accounts, and you see the payslips, the payroll sheet and the payment list.
We file declarations form 1 and 6
We file them by the 25th of the following month and tell you how much to pay, and to which account, for contributions and tax. You can see the deadline in the app, under Declarations.
You enter, the accountant calculates and files
The split is clear: you cannot break the calculations, and we do not guess your data.
You
- Employees, contracts and signed contracts
- Amendments and terminations
- Absences: leave, sick leave, maternity
- View approved payrolls and payslips
The accountant
- Calculates pay, contributions and tax
- Checks the warnings and approves the payroll
- Books it in your company's accounts
- Generates and files declarations form 1 and 6
You do not see a draft or unapproved payroll: you only see approved ones. If an approved payroll has a mistake, the accountant corrects it with a new version.
