Team access: invite who you need, read-only
Your auditor, bank or co-founder wants to see the numbers? Invite them by email. They see the company but change nothing. Remove access whenever you like.
- Invite by email
- Read-only
- Remove access any time
Animation in five scenes. First, under Users the owner sees who can open the company. Second, they enter an email and press Invite, and the app shows “Invitation sent” and a pending invitation. Third, the invitee accepts. Fourth, they see the company read-only, unable to change anything. Fifth, the owner removes access. Data is sample data.
Invite by email
Enter an email and the recipient accepts with one click.
Read-only
The invitee sees documents and reports but changes nothing.
Per company
Every company has its own list of people. An invitation to one doesn’t open the others.
Remove any time
Revoke a pending invitation or remove access that was already accepted.
Who to invite to your company
Access is read-only, so you can safely invite someone outside the team.
An invitation in a minute
It all happens on one screen: Users.
Open Users
In the Manage menu choose Users. You see owners, managers and everyone else with access.
Invite by email
Under Invite a viewer enter the email address and press Invite. The invitation is valid for 10 days.
The recipient accepts
They sign in with the email the invitation was sent to and press Accept invitation. If the email didn’t arrive, you can share the link by hand.
Review and remove
Pending ones are under Pending invitations with a Revoke button. Accepted ones are removed with Remove access.
Which roles a company has
An invitation only creates a “Read-only” user. Owners and managers are the people from the company’s registration, verified by FreeMe.
Owner
Sees the company and can invite viewers.
Manager
Runs the company day to day: uploads documents, works with the bank and expenses, edits company details and invites viewers. Bookkeeping and closing are FreeMe’s.
Read-only
Sees documents and reports, changes nothing. This is the role an invitation gives.
Provisional access
Held by whoever added the company, until FreeMe verifies who the owners and managers are.

Our accountants come in another way
They are not in your users list and have no account in the app. Their access is narrow, temporary and traceable.
Internal console only
They open your company from our internal console, with a one-time key valid for 60 seconds.
A recorded session, up to 2 hours
Every such session is recorded and expires automatically after 2 hours.
Their name is in the trail
Every change they make is recorded with their name in the audit trail.
